It's time I review this product.I used Rollback Rx only after burning through similar products (Comodo Time Machine being the one I used the most) and I remember going into their chat, the rep was responsive and easy to deal with. In 5 minutes they had sent me a quote for my non-profit with accurate and fair pricing for non-profits. The rep who assisted me the whole way through knew my budget and saw I was slightly over so tossed in a small discount to get me within budget! I mean, that's SERVICE. This is not someone who's trying to brush you aside.Once I tried the product and had it installed I was happy with what I saw. The included management console makes life a breeze with multiple machines. They adapt to changing problems (i.e.
Changing the installation settings for Windows Updates) and in the rare case I've had an issue, they were there to help.With my job as the sole IT guy in my work, it's easy for me to get stressed out if the programs I want to use don't help me and Rollback has been almost too easy in helping us recover from almost any IT catastrophe. BSOD, Ransomware, Botched Installations; I wish I could remember more but honestly the fact that I don't remember should speak volumes.One suggestion I'll make is that they make the backing up of snapshots a bit easier. I imagine Drive Cloner will fix this with its v. 6 but until then it's the only real weakness I see.I don't suggest products lightly but if you're serious about having a solid recovery solution in place, you can't do better then Rollback!
