Eric Olson a police officer that tells you he has the right to pat you down is a law breaking liar.a police officer that says you are required to carry ID is a law breaking liar.a police officer that says you must give him your ID or your going to jail and will not articulate why he is detaining you is a law breaking liar.a police officer that says if you don't submit to me searching your car i'm going to call the dog to search is breaking the law and a liar if he cannot tell you why he is detaining you is a law breaking liar. They can site local and state laws all they want,federal law trumps state law every time. You do not have to give them your name if you are not being detained.you don't ever have to give them your dte of birth or your social security number.you don't even have to talk to them at all, they can not compel you to talk. Eric Olson cops are forever overstepping their authority, why cant the justice department school the fool, and let all police know that the supreme court has ruled that cops can be given the bird, if cops are on one side of a street and you start running and they are not investigating you and they give chase they are acting illegally and can be fired and/or sued, they cant demand your drivers license unless they are investigating that you may have committed a crime and have told you that you are being detained.

Simple traffic laws known as violations or infractions are not crimes and ID does not need to be given to them. A crime is done to property or a person, a crime is not failing to signal. They can not call the drug dog because you exercise your 4th amendment rights, they must have probable cause to call a dog and a citizens refusal to allow a search is not probable cause. If you refuse to submit to a search of your vehicle or person and the cop gets on the radio to call a dog you ask the cop 'AM I FREE TO GO OR ARE YOU DETAINING ME?'

If that cop says your not free to go but cannot articulate to you exactly what crime he thinks you have committed then he is guilty of false imprisonment. If you exercise your 4th amendment rights against illegal search and seizure THAT IS NOT PROBABLE CAUSE. You do not have to give them your date of birth or social security number.EVER.random stop and frisk is Illegal in every state, any police officer who says its required by law to carry an ID is a liar, a citizen does not have to produce ID unless they are being detained and the reason for the detention can be articulated in criminal code.suspicious person is not reasonable, being in a 'HIGH DRUG' activity area is not probable cause to stop anyone.

Aluna Sagita Gutawa (born 11 August 1993 in Jakarta), better known as Gita Gutawa, is an Indonesian soprano, actress, and songwriter. She is also the daughter of composer Erwin Gutawa.Although she originally studied piano, Gutawa later switched to vocals. She was discovered in 2004 while practising her vocals, then booked to sing a duet with ADA Band. After Heaven of Love (2005), featuring the duet, sold 800,000 copies, Gutawa was approached by Sony Music Indonesia with an offer to record a solo album. The success of that album, the self-titled Gita Gutawa, led to numerous acting and marketing job offers. Since her debut, she has recorded two more albums, the well-received Harmoni Cinta in 2009 and the Islamic-themed Balada Shalawat in 2010.

As an actress, she has starred in two Indonesian soap operas, Ajari Aku Cinta and Ajari Lagi Aku Cinta. She voiced a character for the animated Meraih Mimpi, and made her feature film debut in 2010's Love in Perth.Personality-wise, Dian Kuswandini of The Jakarta Post has described Gutawa as being 'sweet like cotton candy and warm like a kiss'; however, Gutawa has noted that there are people who believe she succeeded through nepotism. Gutawa has received several awards, including Best Newcomer at the 2008 Anugerah Musik Indonesia. She also won the 6th International Nile Children Song Festival in Cairo.
